This paper presents briefly the outline for the underlying research in understanding the behavior of various genes obtained from the culture of human stem cells under artificial environments. It is possible to control the culture of the stem cells and force them into growing into the desired tissues. However, the procedure is still in its infancy. Two main problems that the scientists face are the cost and tune involve in these experiments. Usually it takes 21 days for the cells-culture to be fully mature and be able to exhibit the characteristics of the desired tissues. The cost of experiment prohibits continuous sampling even each day. The outlines presented in this paper maybe used to predict the future states of the culture based on one or two samples.
