摘要

The dynamic binding of biotin-4-fluorescein (B4F) (Molecular Probes Europe BV) with 2-um streptavidin-coated (SC) beads (Polysciences) by using a continuous flow method is presented. A recirculating flow is created between micro-etched diffuser/nozzle elements. Polystyrene beads (2-μm diameter) are concentrated and held in place in a particular flow pattern while being sequentially perfused by different solutions.
