The Use Of Computing Technology In Instruction at Dakota State University

Dakota State University is an institution specializing in programs in computer management, computer information systems, and other related undergraduate and graduate programs. Much emphasis is put in the use of computer technology and information processing in the teaching and learning process. In this study, we report on the results of a recent instructional technology use survey, discuss some of the major issues related to the adoption and use of computing technologies for course instruction in our environment, and make some suggestions on how to use computing technologies more effectively and how to integrate computing technologies into all facets of the educational experience.
