Introducing Flexibility in the Heart of Analysis and Design

In this paper, we present JECKO. a context-driven approach to analysis and design to support persons involved in the development, to help them through their daily analysis & design activities. We focus on concrete and ad-hoc guidelines. In order to adapt the analysis and design activities to the software under development, four basic criterias from which the software context is specified are proposed. We then explain how to take advantage of this context through the JECKO framework by selecting the appropriate heuristics and constituting the customized software development route map.
