This paper presents an attempt to exploring the modeling with objects and workflows as an integral way of structuring and systematize the fundamental elements of the capacities-centered software process with the basic objective of understanding them better. The classes and relationships between them are used to model the static view of the software process proposed. In addition, aiming to automate the software process, it is presented the dynamic modeling of the activities of a set of subprocesses: the Project Initiation, Planning and Estimation Process. The static and dynamic views are improved by using the Smart Object Paradigm, because it supports the explicit and flexible representation of the logic of the process control and the expressive representation of the dynamic part of the model. The Capacities-Centered Integral Software Process Model obtained. which represents the three Ps: processes, products and people, favors the direct understanding and communication of the process users (engineers, managers or developers) in relation to the model considered aspects.
