This article presents a method that is used in istructional settings in order to detect possible problems in courses design and operation in time. We use a process design based on cybernetics - especially autonomous systems - and specify several logically closed loops in order to help the involved agents to direct their attention to topics that deserve it. There is one loop in which courses are designed and redisigned, and another one for the operations during a course's execution. We find that this process not only allows to focus efforts on improvable topics, but it also helps the involved agents to learn a self-responsible attitude.
