摘要

Vibratory crusher is an ideal kind of crusher to comminute the mineral particles to fine size. To investigate its dynamics characteristics, the nonlinear characteristics of the particle beds must be considered. In this paper, a SDOF experimental vibratory crusher is designed in the lab to make crushing experiments for some particles of various material kinds, different sizes and thickness. During experiments, the signals of crushing force and vibration are sampled to build the nonlinear force function of the particle beds. Finally, the force function is verified as practicable.
