摘要

The static and dynamic characteristics of reducer have a direct effect on its structure strength and transmission properties. To elucidate the effect, the solid model of reducer housing of center drive type cement mill and the finite element model of the housing for static and dynamic analysis were established. Using I-DEAS software, the static strength and vibration mode of structure is analyzed and the displacement field and stress fields as well as mode shapes can be obtained. The results reveal that the design of reducer housing is reasonable.
