摘要

This paper deals with the design aspects related to the wind-structure interaction of a glued-laminated timber footbridge. The structure material, the very slender geometry of the footbridge together with its appreciable dimensions give rise to all the aeroelastic problems typical of the long span bridges requiring appropriate structural dynamic modeling, together with wind tunnel experimental investigations.
