摘要

We developed a nanoliter-dipensing head. In this head, dispensation is performed by the fluidic inertia generated in the sample liquid. With this head, we developed a liquid handling system with 4 dispensing heads and characterized dispensing performance. The result shows that the system can dispense a drop of 0.3nl~1 nl at CV5% and can make spots on a substrate within +-10μm positioning accuracy.
