摘要

Anode materials for Li-ion batteries based on iron oxides where synthesized using two different methods, precipitation followed by calcination and synthesis by controlled particle size method. The second method allows us to obtain preset size particles. The DTA/TGA, X-ray and SEM investigations shows that the structure of the particles synthesized by the of controlled particle size method is obtained at 300°C and the size of the particles is 6 times less comparing with the size of the particles obtained using the first method. The materials synthsezed show a high starting reversible capacity of 750 mAh/g at 0.5 mA/cm~2 in the voltage range 0.25―2.0 V.
