摘要

Computer monitoring and control system (CMCS) is important to upgrade the automation degree in hydropower plant. Aimed at raising the system ability against EMI problems, this paper first discusses EMI in hydropower plant. It presents specific interference sources and objects for protection. It also remind the frequent problems occurred. Then the paper achieves a proper EMC design of CMCS on both general and partial considerations. They refer to power supply system, course and transmission channel and computer room mainly. Some specific applications of design based on basic EMC techniques are also given in the paper. They are mainly about grounding, shielding etc. With the introduction of this paper, it is practical to realize the optimal effect against interference especially for CMCS in hydropower plant.
