摘要

Meiotic chromosome C-banding combining with multi-color genomic in situ hy-bridization(McGISH) of wheat Aimengniu V/92R137 F_1 provided another solid evidence that Aimengniu V contained a complex translocation 1RS. 7DS, 1BL. 7DL which could always pair with the normal 7D and 1B from 92R137 to form an expected chain-shape quadrivalent, while the 6VS.6AL from 92R137 and 6A from Aimengniu V always formed a rod bivalent, In F_2 progenies, two triple translocations homozygotes Q-2 and Q-3 between Triticum aestivum L., Secale cereale L. and Haynaldia villosa (L.) Schur. designated 1RS.7DS, 7DL.1BL, 6VS. 6AL were developed and well defined by both chromosome C-banding and McGISH , which both conferred well resistance to wheat powdery mildew.
