High hydrostatic pressure effect on peculiarities of the immune complex formation process in a blood serum obtained from patients with a mechanical trauma is discussed. It is shown that activity of complex formation has been determined by applied pressure level and physico-chemical properties of biological fluids. Peculiarities of changes taking place in studied objects after high pressure action were studied with the help of the precipitation reaction method. H NMR spectroscopy and by determination of pH-solution. It has been found that the higher activity serum reaction takes place in the pressure range about 150 MPa.
