Limited surfaces of diverter and target in fusion reactor and accelerator are exposured by high energy radiation beam from one side. A rotating annular flow with a rotor was applied to eraatnce heat transfer and critical heat flux, because Taylor vortexes and turbulence agitated by gear surface are formed in such flow. It is expected that a pulsating pressure by rotor with gear surface increases CHF. Heat transfer and CHF were investigated in various gear pitches, rotation velocities and subcooling.
