摘要

A W/O emulsion was made by adding a small amount of amino group modified silicone oil additive to a water-lamp oil mixture with 70~80 vol% water content, and the emulsion could be changed into an ice slurry by cooling with stirring. By using a new continuous ice formation system which one of authors proposed, the ice slurry could be formed continuously and stably in the ice formation vessel made of stainless. From experimental results, the conditions to realize continuous ice formation for 10 hours were clarified. Moreover, in order to dissolve supercooling of the emulsion effectively and make viscosity of the ice slurry lower, the voltage was applied to the emulsion and ice slurry. And it was clarified that the voltage impression was effective for them.
