This paper describes heat transport from higher to lower positions using an anti-gravity two-phase loop thermosyphon with an electromagnetic switching valve. This thermosyphon consists of an evaporator, a condenser, a reservoir, a switching valve, two check valves and tubes connecting the above components. In this experiment, water was used as a working fluid and 400 W to 2,000 W was transported with the effective height of 2,000 mm. A decrease in the temperature differences between a heat source and a heat sink were purposed by altering the experimental apparatus.
