Heat transfer of falling liquid in porous media placed around vertical cylinder --transient heat transfer analysis by hot water

摘要

The flow and heat transfer analyses have been presented to analyze the velocity distributions of falling liquid in permeable porous media of annulus configuration around the vertical cylinder and to extend the heat transfer. The heat transfer characteristics are controlled not only by the permeability and the material of porous media but also the configuration such as aspect rations of porous media as well as cylinder.
