We report on measurements of the transverse spin structure functions for the proton and neutron (deuteron) using deep inelastic electron scattering on transversely polarized solid targets. Data cover the range 1 GeV~22 < Q~2 < 20 GeV~2 and 0.02 < x < 0.9. Errors on these data are a factor of three smaller than previous results, allowing meaningful comparison of proposed models and sum rules.
