摘要

An optimizing control system for coal slurry flotation has been developed successfully in Huaibei Coal Preparation Plant, Anhui province. On-line ash measurement and fuzzy logic control are employed in this system. Information transfer is based on a parallel-serial communication network. The ash measuring device adopts non-contact probes to detect ash contents of multiple slurry in floatation process. The optimizing control system regulates flotation chemicals and liquid level in flotation cells to reach an optimal target according to the ash contents. Comparing to manual operation, this system can stabilize floatation production, reduce chemicals consume and increase recovery rate. Besides this, it can also reduce work intensity and improve management level.
