摘要

The experiment researched the sensitivity of Beckmannia syzigackne (Steud.) Fernanld and Alopecnrus aequallis Sobol to chlorsulfuron and Ethametsulfuron in greenhouse. 100 grains seeds of B. syzigackne (Steud.) or A. aequallis Sobol were sowed in a Petri dish filled with 80g prepared soils and 30ml tap water. Petri-dishes were randomly placed in a greenhouse. Soil moisture content was maintained by periodic addition of water. At 1.1 leaf stage, the seedlings were treated by Chlorsulfuron as a soil-applied treatment at 0, 20, 40, 60, 80,100, and 120 μg/kg respectively. At 2.1 leaf stage, the seedlings were treated by spraying Ethametsulfuron at 0, 4.5, 9.0, 13.5, 18, 22.5, and 27.0 gai/ha. All treatments were replicated three times. The results showed that the effect of Chlorsulfuron on the growth of both kinds of weed seedlings was similar, and ED90 of fresh weight of two kind weeds was 166.29μg/kg and 153.41μg/kg respectively. However, the effect of Ethametsulfuron on the growth of both kinds of weed seedlings had larger difference. A. aequallis Sobol, killed under 4.5-27gai/ha, was extremely sensitive to Ethametsulfuron, however B. syzigackne (Steud.) Fernanld, which growth was only inhibited by all experimental Ethametsulfuron doses, showedobvious tolerance to this herbicide. These results were beneficial to integrated management of B. syzigackne (Steud.) Fernanld and A. aequallis Sobol.
