Rebuilding deformed CAD model starting from FEA results. Elastic linear case study

摘要

This paper deals with the integration of the finite element method in the CAD/CAM process, and is particularly interested in rebuilding the deformed CAD model starting the deformed mesh resulting from the finite elements analysis (FEA). We treat the particular case of a model having only geometrical modifications without changing the topology.
