摘要

Mechanical alloying have been widely used for the preparation of amorphous alloys. These alloys are thermodynamically metastable and crystallize into more stable states under annealing. In the present work, amorphous alloy was obtained by MA of Al33,3%-Fe33,3%-Ti33,3% elemental powders mixture. During subsequent heat treatment this alloy crystallised The X-ray diffraction methods revealed the presence of four phases with dominating amount of Fe2Ti, identified as the Laves -C14 type phase. The structural parameters of the Laves phase were refined using Rietveld method with DBWS 9411 program.
