An Approach to Remote Software Project Management and Development

摘要

This paper describes an approach to remote software project management and development using thin client/fat server model. The customer and the developer are remote distributed. The authors refer to their experience with several remote developed projects and try to improve the cost effectiveness by reducing the number of the joint meetings between customer and developer. The developer is using web-based interface to develop and maintain a software project using the customer Intranet.
