There is difference due to a principle and a characteristic for Condition Monitoring Technique such as Vibration, AE, Lubrication Diagnosis and Thermography, thus the great disparity is seen in the detection sensitivity. In general, the failure detection of Low-speed Rotating Machines and Sliding Journals is difficult by Vibration, hence other techniques are applied for the evaluation because the quicker abnormal detection is demanded for Preventive Maintenance at the actual maintenance field. This paper, the aim is to develop the method of the quick abnormal detection by the mutual complement of the characteristic of each diagnosis technique, thereby an accelerated degradation test using rotating journal had been conducted, moreover introduce the collected and compared data of each diagnosis technique.
