Thus, submitted data show that Implantation of silver ions with concentration 10-15 at percent has expressed bactericidic and cytotoxic by action. The concentration of silver 5 at percent does not suppress growth of bacteria and does not render toxic action on cells. The concentration of silver 7 at percent show a rather optimum ratio of bactericidic activity and injuring action on cells. Preliminary placing of titanium disks with calcium phosphate coatings and ion implantation of silver in the peritoneal cavity of mice cancels of cytotoxic property of silver on tested cells. Antibacterial property is lowered, but kept at 8 and 12, but not 18 daily incubation in system in vivo.
