摘要

A quick and accurate on-site composition analyzing system is urgently required for production control in steelmaking process. To meet with this requirement, NKK has originally developed a new system, Laser Ablation Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectorometry system(here in after called laser-ICP system) and applied to BOF(Basic Oxygen Furnace) sampling and CC(Continuous Casting process) slab yard operations. Both system are operating successfully with good results at Keihin Works, NKK.
