The distributed process model used three dimensions dynamics numerical method is proposed to obtain the exact process model. Though the conventional centralized model also expresses the basic response, the distributed model expresses the more details such as turbulence of fluid. According to the proposed distributed model, the free surface changes smoothly up and down for level controller disturbance, though the free surface has the small creases at the first time.
