摘要

Granitoids of the Nizhnekanskiy massif are considered a promising geological site for a HLW repository in Krasnoyarsk Land, Russia. The multibarrier concept considers the geological medium as the main barrier prohibiting radionuclide migration into the biosphere. The proposed paper contains collected and analyzed data characterizing the different parameters of the granitoids (e. g. chemical and mineralogical compositions, filtration properties, thermal resistance, retention properties relative to main long-lived radionuclides). Assessment of these parameters will determine the appropriateness of the granitoids as a disposal medium.
