It was shown that for the V-doped Cd_(1-x)Hg_xTe (x=0.014 and x=0.037) crystals the anisotropic V~(2+) and V~(3+) centres had the trigonal, rhombohedral and tetragonal symmetry. The appearance of the trigonal centres may be caused by formation the complex impurity (V~(2+)(V~(3+))_(Cd )+ X_(Te)) centres, were X are the residual atoms of VII group atoms. The rhombohedral and tetragonal centres my be caused by the formation of the complex impurity (V~(2+)(V~(3+))_(Cd) + Z_(Cd)) centres (Z may be the Hg atoms), whose axes are oriented in the <110>- and <001>-directions, respectively. Photoinduced anisotropic centres and intrinsic defects were also observed and their nature and photoionization energy were determined.
