摘要

A new In Situ composite Al_3Ti/A356 which contained Al_3Ti particles of about 0.5 μm was fabricated. The composite exhibited high tensile strength, high ductility and high hardness. The Al_3Ti particles which was determined by TEM and X-ray diffraction analysis distributed inside of the matrix α-Al crystal uniformly. It was a very comfortable heterogeneous nucleation agent and could fine both of the crystals of α-Al and eutectic Si.
