Brain higher function is often said to be symbolic. But the concept of symbolic processing mechanism in brain is known. In this paper, we propose a model of problem solving mental procedure that can be derived naturally from the cognitive developmental and the non-invasive brain measurement research results. We also discuss on two hypotheses on brain computing procedure, and figure out the architecture of symbolic processing system in brain. Based on the model, we show a computer simulation result on the symbolic looking learning procedure acquisition using a navigation task.
