Tax potential Estimation and Forecasting Using Artificial Intelligent Methods

Development of the tax potential estimation and forecasting method is discribed in this paper. The technology of the tax potential estimation is considered. Artificial intelligent methods using neuron nets and knowledge bases are applied for the problem decision.
