The high temperature brazing of heat-exchangers is today state of the art. The integration into the production process of industrial scale manufacturers requires high demands to the capability of the brazing process. The adaptation of the brazing process into the production flow and finding the right balance between load and furnace technology is necessary to guarantee a high process safety. The aim of the process- and furnace development is the replacement of the check-up after brazing, the optimisation of the cycle by software-controlled process guidance. Our presentation shows the requirements and realisation of this integration at the example "scale production of heat-exchangers". In addition to these examples further possibilities of integrating the vacuum brazing in a process line are explained.
