摘要

For self-diffusion in grain boundaries, migration of grain boundaries as well as hydrogen diffusion and self-diffusion in amorphous alloys the relationship between the pre-factor Do of the diffusion coefficient and the activation energy Q was found to differ significantly from that valid for the diffusion in crystalline structures. It is shown that the experimental results can be successfully explained by the random trap model. This model is also applicable for a discussion of the radiation-enhanced diffusion in amorphous alloys.
