Row to enhance user's motivation to show her/his own opinion to the communication supporting tools is an important issue. For a user, showing opinion needs much of cognitive resource and has a risk to be abused by some other members, so that they are immediately discouraged to show their opinions. We researched how user's motivation to show her/his own opinion is constructed. We interviewed six Public Opinion Channel users and analysed their propositions. We find four perspectives that construct users' motivation: 1) User's motivation for showing opinions is easily discouraged by non-sense or trash information, 2) Setting clear purpose for using the tool makes users' motivation encourage, 3) Showing the size of user group and keeping anonymity encourages the motivation, 4) Feeling of sharing information among users enhance showing a new opinion. We discuss based on those four findings, how we could improve communication tools.
