Automatic generation of operating procedures for batch process plants

摘要

A method for automatic generation of operating procedures for batch process plants is presented. Material-procedures graph and plant-structure graph are used for the representation of the problem. By using these two graphs interactively, a recursive search algorithm is described to obtain detailed operating procedures. The methodology is successfully illustrated by a case study.
