摘要

Results of research of residual stresses in meniscus from a plastically deformed single crystal silicon are stated. Dependencies of a difference of normal stresses and also stresses of shear for crystallographic of directions < 100>, < 110>, < hk0 > are resulted. Difference of an intense condition in crystal details from similar of amorphous materials is shown.
