In view of the fact that the temperature, moisture, smoke-density, fire alarm, ground moisture and gate inhibition as well as the working conditions of the DC equipment inside the computer rooms of a mobile base-station need to be monitored, this paper has designed a data terminal based on FRMX96 real-time operating system. It has also elaborated the rules for system communication and the methods for the software and hardware design. The whole system designed is proven to be reliable and easy to be maintained.
