Measurement of distorted wavefront in table-top-terawatt laser system

摘要

We developed an interferometric apparatus based on three-plate lateral shearing interferometer; which was used to measure the wavefront of laser beams. Using wavelet transform method, a precision analysis of interferogram was performed.
