The simulating of the antenna's rotation is an important component of the radar training simulating system. When we design the antenna's rotating simulation, we must accomplish the simulation of the antenna's rotating controlled by the requirements not only on the azimuth but also on the elevation (including the antenna nodding). This paper states that we adopt the direction following-up method, design a 2-dimensions picture array which one dimension stands for azimuth and the other stands for elevation. We use the differences of the array subscripts to follow up and this method solves the antenna all direction rotation simulating problem effectively.
