New Measure to Improve the Temperature Characteristic of Equalizer

摘要

The microwave amplitude equalizer, widely used in the amplification chain of the Radar transmitter, usually works in very bad environment, so its performance always changes owing to the impact of ambient temperature. This paper provides a formula by improving the temperature sensitivity of the probe as the coupling structure of the microwave amplitude equalizer, and executes a simulation through the HFSS simulation software. Finally, the actual tests show that this formula reduced the temperature sensitivity of the microwave amplitude equalizer, restricting the attenuation change in each frequency at 0.7dB, which has greatly improved the overall performance.
