摘要

At present time millimeter wave super-near range radars are widely used in various branches of industry and transport for a control of technological processes (see for example [1-7]). To improve a spatial resolution of radar, the focusing antenna may be used for detail study of an observed object (fig. 1). For design of such radars it is necessary to have an information about the power of signals reflected from various objects. Usually, such problem is solved on the base of radar equation [8], which is valid for the plane incident waves if the object is located in the far field zone of an antenna. In this case, the value of the radar cross section (RCS) is widely used and permits to describe properties of the radar target.
