摘要

In this paper, the frame of financial result evaluation system of multinational companies is-constructed, the exchange rate subsystem and evaluation criterion subsystem set up, comprehensive utility value model established with the theory of multipurpose policy utility value, and the value of the evaluation criterion subsystem is quantified.
