Transforming Idea Improving Management ― Some viewpoints concerning security management of power mains automatically dispatching network

摘要

The paper discusses how to improve security management parameters through constructing a set of efficient technical measures, which is based on the analysis of information distortion in the automatic network security management. In addition, it puts forward the way of researching and constructing network security------the "target and task" mechanism. All of above is for the sake of making preparation for constructing the applicable security defense system.
