Ladies and Gentlemen present at the China Int'l Steel & Raw Materials Conference: I am very happy to be invited to give a speech at this Conference. The title of my speech is "Displaying Comparative Advantages, Strengthening transnational Cooperation and Fully Exploiting the Chrome Resource of South Africa". The aim is to make use of this opportunity to introduce to all of you, in the context of status-quo and development of China's stainless steel industry, a new member of ferro-alloy resources for China's stainless steel industry, the largest Sino-South Africa joint-venture enterprise at present-ASA Metals (PTY) Ltd. Fist, I would like to view and briefly introduce the status-quo of China's stainless steel industry and problems now faced in the sector of raw materials.
