Fuzzy logic controller for thermal processes in laboratory oven

摘要

A case study of fuzzy logic controller for laboratory thermal scales has been carried out. A brief description of laboratory thermal process with thermal oven is presented on the beginning. The structure of PD type of fuzzy logic controller is discussed with major on membership functions and rule base forming. Special software has been developed using Microsoft Visual Studio, C++ and Visual basic for GUI. This software has four modules: FIS editor, Rule Editor, Membership Function Editor and Fuzzy Controller with Rule Viewer. The quality of the process control is discussed at the end of this paper.
