GREENING YOUR PRACTICE: MEDICAL MANAGEMENT CHOICES THAT MATTER

There are many ways you can simply and profoundly make a difference for the environment in the choices you make for your veterinary practice. In the end, your choices will be worth it: both economically for your practice and in creating a healthier world for yourself, your staff, your clients, and your patients. At the outset, changing the way you do things seems like a daunting task, but it really takes only a modest effort and a reorientation to the way you look at things. In the following two presentations, we intend to make this process a little easier for you by presenting key themes and major choices you can make to minimize your practice's environmental footprint. Some areas make more of an impact than others, but even small choices set a standard for a cultural change that will affect you and your staff's everyday routine and set a great example for your clients.
