摘要

Cis-Dichlorodiammineplatinum(II) (cisplatin, CDDP) has widely been used as platinous antitumor drug. However, it's use is limited due to significant toxic side effects, especially acute nephrotoxicity. Futher, CDDP is known to have an extremely short-time circulation in blood due to a glomerucular excretion. To achieve prolonged half-life of CDDP in bloodstream and restain toxic side effects, we prepared CDDP-loaded polymeric micelle as passive-targetable drug delivery system of CDDP. Physicochemical characterization as well as in vitro & in vivo evaluation of CDDP-loaded micelle were studied in detail here to reveal its usefulness in cancer chemotherapy.
