Thermosensitive polymer hydrogels which swell or shrink in response to changes in temperature have been widely reported as intelligent gel.~1,2 The principle of such a thermosensitive response is mostly due to sol-gel transition of the polymer network with a lower or higher critical solution temperature (LCST or HCST). The copolymers of N-isopropylacrylamide, acrylamide and methacrylic acid, and the copolymers of PEO(poly(ethylene oxide)) and PLLA(poly (L-lactic acid)) are typical examples.~3,4 Especially, thermosensitive polymer hydrogel may be a preferable candidate as a protein delivery matrix because of its biosafety and inertness to protein drugs through avoiding expose to heating, sonication, and organic solutions.
